All products are manufactured to order and can take 5-10 working days to be made. In some aspects we try to carry small amounts of stock of the regular ordered items so these can be despatched straight away.
We are offering FREE delivery to Kinver residents or of cause you can pop into collect when you have been notified your order is ready,
We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard & Visa. Payments can also be made by a PayPal account.
We will only accept returns on faulty products within 14 working days of purchase. If an incorrect size has been ordered, this can be exchanged for a smaller or bigger size.
Returns must be sent to FM Branding, 43-44 High Street, Kinver, West Midlands, DY7 6HF. Please note we do not cover postage on returned products.
We accept orders over the phone by calling 01384 878333, but please where possible we do ask if you could try to use the online facilities to try and free up our staffs time.
